Kakinada Port Railway Station, which was built at a Cost of 5 Crores, near to Samba murthy Nagar, was finally opened after a long wait on 26th Dec 2011.
Even though the construction of the new station was over 2 yrs back itself, the station was not opened so far, due to non availability of chief guets and other officers.
